The TDM-M10 100m spray cannon is built for long-range dust suppression in large open working areas. It is a suitable option for coal yards, ports, mining areas, quarries, open stockyards, bulk material handling sites and industrial plants where dust sources are spread across a wider distance.

For some projects, an 80m fog cannon may still leave part of the working area uncovered, especially when the machine is installed beside a large stockpile, port loading zone, mining road or open material yard. In this situation, the 100m spray cannon gives the operator a longer working distance and more room to reach the main dust source without moving the machine too often.

Dust in these sites usually comes from truck movement, loading and unloading, belt conveyor transfer points, crushing work, open stockpiles and wind-blown material surfaces. The TDM-M10 100m fog cannon uses fine water mist to help capture airborne dust and reduce dust spread around the site. It is more suitable for regular outdoor dust control work than short-range models when the site is large and open.

This model is equipped with PLC control, 39kW total power, 9.5m³/h water consumption and 90 nozzles. The 100m spray range makes it useful for large industrial areas where a stronger spray distance is required, but where a 120m maximum-range model may not be necessary.

Compared with 60m or 80m models, the TDM-M10 provides longer spray coverage for larger open sites. Compared with a 120m spray cannon, it can be a more balanced choice when the project needs long-distance dust suppression but does not require the longest available range. Final model selection should be based on the dust source, site layout, working distance, wind direction, water supply, power supply and local environmental requirements.
